John Hadfield Percussion John Hadfield has performed throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. Professor Hadfield has worked with jazz artists including: Jon Faddis, Bobby Watson, Mike Richmond, Brad Shepik, Gil Goldstein, and Lenny Pickett. Additionally, John's diversity as a percussionist has allowed him to perform with a broad variety of ensembles including: The Michael Gordon Band, Yo Yo Ma and The Silk Road Ensemble, Bang on a Can, Ethos Percussion Group, the rock band Capital M, Maya, the New York gamelan group Dharma Swara, the Israeli folk group Anistar and Marimba Yajalon. Currently, Hadfield lives in NYC and is traveling to Asia this winter to perform works for percussion and laptop. |
